Live means the app answered on that port just now, so its edits work. The snapshot is the read-only copy that renders in the preview pane, where no port is reachable.
You are reading this as a file (the chat preview pane). A running app cannot be opened from here, so the snapshot is the working copy — open the live app in a browser on port 8080 to edit.
